Bin runs low
Someone pulls the last of the stock and takes the kanban card with it.
Card goes to a Drop Point
The card never rides in a pocket. It waits somewhere it can be seen and collected.
Card gets scanned
The code on the card tells Arda what to reorder and how much.
Stock comes back
The card returns to the bin with the replenishment. Loop closes.
