Cards need a place to live. Without one, they end up on desks, in pockets, and eventually lost. Drop Points give every card a home between the moment it's pulled and the moment it's scanned.

Molded in clear PETG — tough enough for daily shop use, and you can see at a glance whether cards are waiting. A finger slot in the base lets you push the stack up and grab cards cleanly. Holds cards up to 4" × 6".

Ships flat and folds into an open-top box in seconds, no tools. Flat-pack keeps shipping cheap and lets you keep spares on the shelf as your kanban system grows.

Mount it anywhere. Two zip ties are included in the box — enough to strap it straight to wire shelving. You can also mount with two screws, hang it from the keyhole slot, or use a Command Strip Mounting Kit for a damage-free wall mount.

Where to put them

Within a few steps of any shelf or bin people pull from — close enough that pocketing a card is never the easier option. Add one wherever cards wait on incoming items.

Don't overthink the spot. Mount it with a Command Strip Mounting Kit and you can watch where people actually set cards down for a week, then move the ones that guessed wrong.

How we run ours

REORDER — mounted next to consumption points. Card comes off the bin, goes in the box.
SCANNED — collected and brought to the scanning station next to receiving. Scanned into Arda, then into the scanned bin.
ORDERED — a couple times a week someone places orders at the same computer and moves cards to the ordered bin, where they wait for receiving.

Tip: if you buy heavily from a few vendors, run multiple ORDERED bins split by vendor. When the Amazon box arrives, you grab the Amazon cards instead of sorting the whole stack.
